1. Platform Mission & Acceptable Use
Earlyfly provides discovery, authentic launch visibility, and collaborative feedback for software creators and early adopters. You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, infringing, or scam software, nor to attempt to exploit platform ranking or exchange credit mechanisms.
2. Surf Exchange Rules
The Surf Exchange operates under a reciprocal credit ratio (“As many as I surf, as much as my website is shared”). Users are prohibited from deploying automated headless bots, emulators, or multi-tab spoofing. Earlyfly utilizes active visibility detection to verify human interaction.
3. AI Chat Monetization & Advertiser Accounts
Advertisers may fund CPM campaigns to display sponsored cards during AI response dwell times. Surfers earn verified cash credits in their UserWallet. Earlyfly distributes 60% of verified ad revenue to active surfers and retains 40% platform operation margin. Fraudulent clicks or fake impressions forfeit accrued balances.
4. Product Moderation Rights
Earlyfly reserves the right to unlist, reject, or request changes to any product that violates our community standards, fails uptime requirements, or engages in misleading marketing.
